Ralph Minto, Jr. is the founder and Senior Partner of Ralph Minto, Jr. & Associates. In addition to holding a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, he is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Prior to founding his own practice, Mr. Minto’s career spanned positions of responsibility within both public accounting firms and law firms. Over the past 21 years he has been responsible for serving the needs of individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations primarily in the areas of tax law and corporate law.

Morgan, Verkamp (With Offices in Ohio)
Lead lawyer is Rick Morgan, who maintains a complex federal litigation practice in the firm's Cincinnati office, with focus on "whistleblower" cases. After graduating from Denison University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Rick served for two years as Law Clerk to United States District Judge David S. Porter, and then from 1985 to 1990 served in Washington, D.C. as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice through the Attorney General's Honors Program. Mr. Morgan is a frequent lecturer and has published a number of law review and journal articles regarding practical and ethical issues facing lawyers who represent whistleblowers. Nolan & Auerbach (Florida and California)
Partner Marcella Auerbach has served twenty-five years as a federal prosecutor. She has prosecuted corporations and individuals in a wide variety of circumstances, including matters involving tax fraud, tax evasion and failure to file violations. She has taught at numerous training conferences for federal prosecutors and agents on topics such as federal court/trial advocacy, as well as investigative techniques and evidentiary presentations. Tax fraud cases that she worked on while a federal prosecutor include a multi-million dollar tax evasion trial.
An attorney since 1986, partner Kenneth Nolan received his education at Yale University (B.A.) and the University of Florida (J.D.), and was formerly a Trial Practice Adjunct Professor of Law at a major law school and an instructor and faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He has well over a decade of experience in dealing with qui tam lawsuits, which has included complex business fraud and financial fraud litigation. Mr. Nolan is an accomplished author on compliance, FDA matters and the False Claims Act, with numerous articles to his credit.
